Paul Crickmore details in a clear and authoritative way all the peculiarities of the SR-71 and traces its history since the days of the genesis as a bomber,then evolved in the strategic recce planes that still owns speed and altitude records after more than 40 years.
A very nice book that illustrates the intense and successful career of a plane that stands high in aviation history.

About the Author

Dwayne A. Williams has been a practicing physician assistant since 2002, after graduating from the Long Island University physician assistant program with honors. A member of the Physician Assistant Honor Society Pi Alpha, Williams is the director of didactic education at Long Island University and an adjunct professor for the Weill Cornell Medical College’s physician assistant program. He also teaches Physical Assistant National Certification Exam review courses and is a clinical preceptor for the Long Island University program.

Isaak N. Yakubov graduated from the Long Island University physician assistant program with a master’s, and he has practiced as a physician assistant since 2014. He teaches at Long Island University as an adjunct for the School of Health Professions and is a clinical preceptor for students from the York, NYIT, and Wagner College physician assistant programs.

Choices - An Entertaining Read Denise and Cooley are best friends, two studs with very different personalities. Cooley is a ladies-woman, sexing anyone who opens her legs without regard to their sexual orientation or their attachment to her. Denise is the star of the women's basketball team and she hasn't had a date in a year, still reeling from the woman who broke her heart. They're joined by their friend Carmen, who although has lost a lot of weight, still suffers from low self-esteem and Denise's new roommate Lena, the sexy girlfriend of the star of the men's basketball team. For the first time in a while, Denise's interest if piqued. But it turns out her new roommate and love interest is straight. Or is she? A Look into the World of Young Black Lesbians Author Skyy admits she hopes her writing will shed a positive light on the Black lesbian community. So far, she has done just that. Skyy is one of the first writers I have read to so richly describe the stud/femme relationship in the Black lesbian community. But her story is universal. Full of the self-discovery of youth, the loves and lusts of the college years and the prejudices gay college students face on a daily basis. Lesbian Sex, Lesbian Drama, Lesbian Life - It's all Here First time author Skyy has a great gift for dialogue. Her story moves at a nice clip. There's plenty of drama. The girls bring that on themselves. And there's plenty of sex. If only my college years were so action packed! If there's one criticism I have of Choices, it's that the characters are a bit stereotypical. Skyy creates a nice outline of each girl, but I'd like to see her go a bit deeper. Her writing has a lot more potential than the lesbian romance genre it finds itself in. A sequel in the works? I hope we hear more from this rising writing star. HOT HOT HOT: Give me MORE

I took the time to read the reviews of this book before purchasing. At first I thought, "Wow could a lesbian novel really be that good." I hate to say it but I hadn't read many that were. However I was shut up quickly after reading the first page. I like many others on here could not put the book down. It was like someone glued it to my hands. However shame on you for leaving us hanging like that in the end, where is the sequel????

I literally have a friend just like each one of the characters, I have about 5 friends like Cooley (shame i know).

Listen to me people, you want to get this book. No other lesbian novel has made me want to write a review on Amazon. No other lesbian novel has made me want to buy the sequel. No other lesbian novel has left me thinking about it for days after I read it.

I agree with one of the other reviews, Skyy should be up there with E. Lynn. She is the lesbain E. Lynn.

A refreshingly REAL read!

I've been hunting down this book in Canada for ages. It was sooo worth the wait. The book is amazing. What surprised me most of all was how real it felt. I felt like I saw Cooley before...as if she was one of the girls in my own school. I fel that way about all of them.

Skyy created characters who all ring true. There aren't many books about young, black lesbians in the setting of a university. This may actually be the first one. So hats off to Ms. Skyy for possibly making history and setting a standard for writers to come. READ THIS BOOK. You will not put it down until you're through!

A Life-Turning Page Turner

The Psychic Pathway is a 12-week plan on how to develop your intuition and psychic awareness to live your life more fully. Reading and working through one chapter a week, as recommended, gives you time to try out the exercises and assimilate the contents of each step, and become more aware of your developing psychic ability as well as the positive effects it will start to have on your life. What I liked about this book especially is that it seems to have gathered together in one place several tips that I have read in various books to "clear the path", to create space mentally, spiritually and physically (i.e. in terms of your immediate environment) for new experiences to enrich your life, be it new books, new clothes, a new class, new people, travel or whatever. There are also numerous anecdotes taken from Ms. Choquette's own life and those of her clients to help the reader understand the impact of each step. Even if you don't do the exercises, just reading the book will change you and your approach to life.

Psychic Pathway Is Awesome!

I was first introduced to Sonia Choquette when a friend, knowing that I was on a journey of self discovery, gave me Sonia's book "Your Heart's Desire". The book was filled with so many incredible tools to help find and fulfill our heart's desire. 8 months after receiving the book, I attended Sonia's workshop based upon the book. Combined with the book, the workshop was a life-changing event for myself.
After the workshop, I wanted to experience more of Sonia's wisdom, therefore I purchased "The Psychic Pathway". I must admit that before reading the book, I was uncomfortable with the word `psychic'. To me, psychic conjured up images of the psychic hotlines that are advertised on TV. After reading the first chapter, I realized that I was not alone when it comes to "psychic heebie-jeebies". In fact there are exercises concerning this subject in the first chapter!
I have read the book and have become very much aware of my own psychic abilities (Now I am even comfortable with the word psychic!). The book puts the core of what our soul is, in terms that anyone can understand and more importantly in a perspective that we can apply to ourselves. The warmth of the author is apparent with the many personal stories that she shares throughout the book. The questions, exercises and suggestions throughout the book are helpful, informative and insightful towards tapping into our soul. The book is totally awesome and I would strongly suggest anyone on a personal journey of growth, self actualization and authentication of self read this hands on book. The book truly gives perspective on reclaiming our birthright of living life from our soul!
One sidenote. When I attended the workshop, the author and her assistant displayed a warmth that made them very approachable. I have attended book signings, talked to authors and none can compare to the sincerity that Sonia and her assistant have for each individual's own journey through life!

The Best Book I've Ever Read

My name is Peggy Oborski, and I just wanted to write and comment on your book, "The Psychic Pathway."

In so many words, this book is absolutely, THE best book I have ever read in my entire life. I am an avid reader, so that says a lot. I have never been so awoken in a way that I could understand, ever. My eyes were glued to this book for 2 days, (yes, I had to peek) and then the excercises followed in the order you laid out. I would like to sincerely thank you, as I have found my inner voice, and everything seems to flow just right, now. I feel at home, whereas I did not before. I discovered my life's purpose with the help of your book, and am delighted to say I start school to learn the Art of healing through acupuncture next winter. I am more aware of everything, soul, being in this world than ever before, and I am so grateful that you wrote a book on guiding people how to do that. I feel like I have fallen in love, but this time, not with my significant other, but with myself. I also got my significant other to be more aware of his surroundings and feelings as well, now we live so harmoniously together. So again, thank you so much, as your book has touched my heart, and more importantly my soul.
